  I hurt my upper back over the weekend moving some furniture and was out of work for 2 days. I decided to get some Physio and it was the best decision I made. Lara was very professional and diagnosed the problem pretty much straight away. I was also given some exercises to help prevent further injury.

  I was told to see Matt Thompson and after one visit I understood why. Friendly, very knowledgable, professional and very punctual. He had pin pointed the problem promptly and treated me with care and precision. Great location with friendly staff that even text you a reminder for your appointment. Have seen many Physio's in the past and this group is by far the best around. Keep up the great work.
