    I received junk mail (a marketing flyer) from this company despite my mailbox being clearly marked with "No JUNK MAIL" and "ADDRESSED POST ONLY". I am therefore giving a one-star review as I find this practice deplorable, a waste of natural resources and time, and highly disrespectful

    It is really a friendly experience! Went with my partner to get the Flu vaccine. Took only 5 mins and didn't hurt at all. It was free as a HBF member. Really recommended.

    Wasn't up front about not being a PBS pharmacy. Very disappointed that despite mentioning I was filling scripts with the purpose of using my healthcare card, I wasn't informed that they weren't able to use the card, nor able to have my repeats PBS subsidised anywhere else after as they were then dispensed as private. No prices on medication, nor an itemised receipt. Not too pleased at the lack of transparency.

    Outstanding service, very attentive and most professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else now that we've experienced the service here. The staff and in particular Teresa, were incredible.

    Pharmacist Kym was amazing giving my flu vaccine - I didn't even feel it! Such a lovely team at Friendlies East Vic Park, highly recommend!
