Genuinely worst pizza I've ever had, ordered a deep pan got a cold horrible thin pizza that was like a bit of cardboard after waiting over an hour.

Pretty basic. Good value for money though. Order was processed quickly and promptly with a minimal wait time.

Cancelled my online order via text without reason given. Payment has been made. On hold now for 25 mins to ask why. Social media team do not respond either. Finally, the store manager says, "we had three orders, too many orders, had to cancel yours". THREE ORDERS!?!?!?! Look out, rush hour at Pizza Hut, how will they cope with three deliveries? If you can't manage that you're in the wrong business. One star because I can't give Zero.

Overcharged us. Said they'd refund the difference on delivery. Needles to say; they did not. Not impressed.
