  Slightly disappointed today when one of the librarians said "our head phones are good quality and not cheap $1 stuff" when I inquired to borrow. The librarian could have just stopped by saying that "you need to be a member of the library to borrow our head phones"

  The staff work hard here. Books easily available for online reservation, DVDs (we come here for Australian films - decent range). Recently refurbished, there are more study benches for students. Good number of desktop computers available, all windows except for 1 Apple computer (which doesn't quite allow printing).

  What a lovely space this library provides. Attended this afternoon for a 'Write-in' with my stepson Mal Wheater. Great organisation, friendly people -- both the librarians and fellow writers. Thanks Brit and Robert et al at Vic Park Library for hosting such a stimulating afternoon.

  good library to hang out on Sunday when you have nothing else to do but to have some good food and shopping.

  Great library to spend some quiet time reading and research. Also, the playground on the side is good place for kids to take a break before or after reading. Probably need more computers for the members.
